The Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) through Ventura County is a route with beautiful views. It’s a place drivers come to feel a bit more carefree. Unfortunately, the curves and hills of the PCH can catch careless drivers by surprise.
It’s easy for drivers who aren’t focused on the lanes to lose control and suddenly pose a threat to all other motorists on the road. A veer towards oncoming traffic could cause a devastating head-on collision and leave drivers and passengers with life-threatening injuries.

Securing Help for Families After Ventura County Traffic Accidents
Families who lose a loved one in a tragic car accident are protected by California law. A spouse and children of victims may face enormous funeral bills and leftover emergency response fees. They could also struggle without the financial support the victim had always provided for loved ones.
California encourages victimized families to file a wrongful death claim to seek help with these hardships and those that will arise in the years to come. This civil claim is submitted to the auto insurance provider of an at-fault driver. Insurance companies are called upon to help grieving families with their financial burdens during such a difficult time.
Families should have the time and space they need to grieve without worry over frustrating battles with insurance adjusters. Insurance companies will be looking to limit the future support families receive. A skilled Ventura County Car Accident Lawyer makes sure insurance companies accept full responsibility and meet every need the family has.
