Sexual Assaults at Lompoc Valley Medical Center

At certain vulnerable times in our lives, we must put our safety and care in the hands of people in a position of authority. This is true as we age and must rely on the care of the staff at a retirement community or nursing home. It’s also true when we are sick and must trust physicians and nurses to look after our wellbeing.

It’s hard to accept that someone in such a highly regarded position could abuse the power they have over our lives. They can target our finances, neglect our care, and in some instances even subject us to physical and sexual abuse.

Victims of these awful crimes should feel protected when they come forward to seek justice and secure support to rebuild their lives. The legal professionals at Quirk Accident & Injury Attorneys, APC serving Santa Barbara County, understand the anxiety a victim may have about coming forward with sexual assault allegations. We want to provide the security our clients need to pursue justice and make sure they are safeguarded from more harm.
